Quarterly huddle

Some companies call it all-hands. This is our company-wide event for all our members regardless of ventures that are required to attend.

It's not necessarily "quarterly" but we usually do it close to a major company event like our summer outing, our anniversary, halloween party, and Christmas party. There's food, beer, and lots of discussions. We usually talk about the following: ● A retrospective of the things that happened within that quarter. ● For our company to share what is to come and to expect for the next quarter. ● An opportunity to share good news ● Introduce new team members to the company! ● A venue for our members to speak and share something to our fellow members. Sharing a major milestone.
